Monet TA is the Time and Attendance module responsible for managing employee attendance using electronic time clocks. The system then generates daily summaries that incorporate shift schedules to determine whether recorded punches comply with established schedules. Disputes may arise between employees and the municipality during this process, and their resolution is recorded as leaves or overtime payments.
